Provide general day-to-day HR support across as part of the HR function
Ensuring the proper execution of the recruitment process and orientation of new employees in the company
Employee Benefits, Training and Development and other administration for employees
Reviewing and developing relevant company Policies and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures for proper HR management.
Administration, coordination and support of Gulf Group
Prepare monthly payroll sheet for Gulf Group
Oversee the inventory and maintain relationships with vendors
Facilitating proper communication and coordination with various departments within the company in implementing various HR activities
Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
Fulfilment of additional duties as and when required
Take care of the disciplinary etiquettes of all the staff
