Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment, prepare job announcement and advertisements, notify applicants on the status of interview etc.
  • Prepare a variety of reports pertaining to HR activities.
  • Prepare and type memos, offers, appointment letters and other correspondence as required.
  • Explain HR Policy, terms and conditions of employment to new employees.
  • Establish and maintain record keeping in HR central database.
  • Ensure payment related to HR activities and ensure strict adherence to the allocated budget.
  • Ensure the organization structure is aligned and suitably staffed.
  • Control HR Cost to derive maximum benefit.
  • Plans for headcount to staff the positions based on requirement.
  • Initiate and participate in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/ external candidates for a senior leadership position.
  • Payroll preparation (with relevant Tax computation) by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
