Job Description

  • Responsible for HR support (benefits administration, employee relations and policy and procedure)
  • Work closely with management on understanding and administering employee matters in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
  • Complete intake, investigation and response for employee relations matters
  • Make recommendation to Management on daily basis regarding employees
  • Advices project managers and supervisors regarding employee to company policies and procedures
  • Consult with Management regarding disciplinary action and separation
  • Manages compliance training initiatives
  • Conduct stay interviews and work with mgmt on succession planning and talent assessments
  • Draft written response to employee relations issue
  • Responsible to issue, Letter of Employment, Employment Agreements, Response Letter, Job posting etc. co-ordination with CEO and management team
  • Prepare Forms, Format and other related documents and implement coordinate with CEO and management
  • Perform other duties as assigned by CEO and management
  • Coordinating with the employees work at various sites and reporting to top management
