Job Description

  • Develop job description and specification of employees in the coordination of line managers as per departmental goals and business processes
  • Ensure the preparation of Departmental Organization Structure and update on a quarterly basis in alignment with the Business Heads
  • Streamlined recruitment process, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals
  • Conduct monthly induction for new joiner in the company so that s/he will be familiar with company's mission, vision, objectives and business process
  • Compose and type letters, memoranda other correspondence related to assigned human resources program and activities
  • Maintain personal records and prepare personal action forms to ensure timely performance evaluations and appropriate actions
  • Explain employment benefits and general terms and condition of employment to employees
  • Maintain and monitor staffs compensation and reimbursement
  • Allotment and entitlement of accessories to employees and keeping entitlement record
  • Perform a variety of general office support duties, meeting and other events
