Position Overview:

We are seeking a Human Resource Manager who is dedicated to working hard and growing alongside our rapidly expanding company. At our organization, we prioritize employee growth and provide exceptional opportunities for career advancement.

Your Role:

As a Human Resource manager at Universal Outsourcing; During this time, you will be planning, directing, and coordinating human resource activities of an organization to maximize strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee recruitment, policies and compliance.

  • Lead the recruitment process, from identifying staff vacancies to sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Ensure timely and efficient hiring, while maintaining the quality of candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet future staffing requirements.
  • Monitor turnover rates and work on strategies for improving employee retention.
  • Ensure the organization adheres to ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards and policies throughout the year.
  • Monitor the implementation of ISO policies and procedures across all departments.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs to ensure that all employees understand and follow ISO policies.
  • Ensure that ISO compliance is maintained, and that all necessary documentation is available for audits.
  • Work with internal teams to prepare for ISO audits and address any findings or non-compliance issues.
  • Update and revise ISO procedures as necessary, in line with any changes in thestandard or business needs.
  • Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001:2013 standards.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of ISO practices and procedures, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Support management in managing employee performance, behavior, and addressing issues effectively.
  • Work with department heads to ensure KPIs are relevant, measurable, and aligned with the overall company strategy.
  • Prepare performance reviews and assist in setting personal development goals for employees.
  • Provide clarity on HR policies, procedures, and benefits, and ensure consistent enforcement of company rules.
