Job Description

  • Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
  • Work closely with management team to help build organizational and people capabilities, talent management, engagement and retention
  • Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Developing compensation and benefits plans
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to
  • coach and lead employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and
  • resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors
  • Carry out organizational staffing through appropriate and sound recruitment and selection activities
  • Review departmental budgets
  • Prepare and monitor HR metrics
  • Organize learning and development programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
