Job Description

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Salary: Above Industry Standard

Job Summary:

Human Resource Manager plans, directs, and coordinates human resource management activities of our organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, interview, hire and train new staffs in various departments
  • Oversee daily workflow of each department
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluation
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy

Academic/Professional Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field with high priority to postgraduates
  • Preference for SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certified professionals

Work Experience: 

  • A minimum of three years of experience as Human Resource Manager, most preferably in Internet Service Provider Industry

Personal Traits:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
