Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Onboard new hires Conduct performance management and provide feedback 
• Manage Payroll and benefits for employees
• Follow latest Nepal Government Policy in ensuring all employee benefits and structure are 
• covered 
• Standardize HR process across 3 entities within the same umbrella organization
