  • Co-ordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person of the team
  • Establish key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • Follow KPI with company policy
  • Monitor Performance Assisting with the manpower planning, recruitment, interview, hiring and training

  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information
  • Conducting monthly payroll and attendance reconciliation, benefits, and other HR program and

  • Create and submit HR reports
  • Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services

  • Proven ability to train and develop others
