Saleways is the second largest retail chain store in Nepal

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as HR manager
  • Minimum MBA should completed
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
  • Good knowledge on legal compliance  related to Human resource
  • Performance & appraisal  management for proper tracking on performance of each employee of the company

Job Description

  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
  • Prepares employees to join the workforce by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
  • To be in charge of payroll administration.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Maintaining proper records related to staff and ensure legal compliance related to human resource
  • Control and supervise administrative/ support staffs.
  • Handle fixed assets purchase and oversee services provided by facility service providers such as electricians, security etc
