  • The candidate should be qualified human resources and administration professional with a relevant degree
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a senior management-level HR/Admin position is required
  • Candidates will need to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing large and diverse teams. Must be able to apply professional maturity and strategic thinking
  • The candidate is expected to have an excellent level of written and verbal English and Nepali and should be highly proficient in the use of IT tools, especially Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint


Job Description

This role reports to Executive Director

  • The role of the Human Resources and Administration Manager (HRAM) is to strategically manage and improve all human resources, administrative and operational functions of Evolution
  • HRAM will lead and manage the human resources planning process to support the achievement of Organization’s strategic goals and objectives
  • The incumbent is responsible for maximizing the productivity through effective management, monitoring, and development of all HR aspects
  • The post will implement HR policies and practices for processes including recruitment, capacity development, performance management, and compensation administration
  • This post will also oversee all key administrative and operational functions, including general corporate services such as vendor management, logistics planning and coordination, asset procurement and management, contract management and information management
