Job Description

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work Experience required as an HR Manager
  • Should have high attention to details 
  • Responsible for day to day operation and personal management, communication and administration
  • Should have a strong understanding of Nepalese Labor law and compliance
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business  strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Strong negotiation, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Liaison with account section to prepare payroll processing and TDS filings
  • Preparation of contracts and agreements for employees, vendors/administrators
  • Leadership skills, a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude
