Job Description

  • Satisfying the customers at the store by answering their queries and complaints as per Daraz SOPs
  • Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required
  • Handling irate customers by using soft skills
  • Manage the after sales flow for walk in customers
  • Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided
  • Educate the customer on Daraz and all marketing related material
  • Educate the customer on Dforce and all Dforce related marketing
  • Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related discipline with minimum 2 year experience in relevant field
  • Previous experience at marketing and sales with proven skill at pitching products
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
