Job Description

  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the quality services to the students
  • Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly working reports of the dept.
  • Initiate management to conduct staff training as on required upgrading them
  • Preparing attendance sheets of staffs on monthly basis
  • To coordinate with vendors and suppliers for completing the jobs and rectification of customers complaints. Like fire fighting, lifts etc.
  • To maintain all records of maintenance related works like the complaints and equipments which are in common purpose
  • To process and monitor property bills for our offices
  • To handle offices stationeries, maintenance of properties & equipments
