Develop and administer training programs for employees and students, assess training and development need for organization, help individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, create training manuals, present in-person & group training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources
• Excellent English communication skill
• 4-6 years of experience in Int’l Chain Hotel
• Well versed Communication and Customer Relations Skill
• Well versed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office
• Quality of a good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels
• Passionate about teaching & learning
• Good Time management skill
