We are looking for an Operations Associate to oversee operations for all our regions (Nepal, India, USA, and Philippines). You will work with our HR Lead and employees to manage HR data & systems to ensure accuracy at all times. You will also be an integral part of the Growth and Culture team to elevate employee experience at Renegade Insurance.

You will:

• Manage end to end employee lifecycle in HR Operations. (On-boarding, Off boarding, Employee Database
• Management, policies, process and compliance activities.)
• Updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data.
• Manage payroll, insurance program and other benefit programs for employees.
• Manage leave tracking process and analytics that will help improve employee experience.
• Evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance.
• Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
• Create a continuous improvement culture, proactively identifying processes for improvement and driving change as well as responding to business requirements.

You will need:

• At least a Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
• Prior experience of at least 3 years in HR Operations.
• Previous experience in Insurance industry is a plus.
• Experience with MS Office and Human Resources Management Systems
• Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
• Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
• Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment
