Job Description

  • Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
  • Maintaining a long list of good candidates for future.
  • Employee Administration: onboarding and of boarding employees
  • Assist in Preparation, development, and implementation of performance management as well as performance evaluation policies and procedures
  • Working with external HR consultants, if needed
  • Administering payroll and maintaining employee records
  • Build and maintain relationships with major colleges/universities and societies to facilitate hiring
  • Organize and participate in major recruiting events

Qualities we are looking for:

  • You need to be creative, flexible and have a start-up spirit. You enjoy challenges and are
  • Hungry to make a difference in Nepalese e-commerce.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably with specialization in HR (or related subjects)
  • 1-2 year of experience working in HR Department in a leading firm
  • Basic knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional HR Management
  • Knowledge of HR laws and policies of Nepal
  • Maintains excellent writing and language skills. International experience is highly valued
  • Enjoys working with people, and building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders
