Job Description

  • Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel files and other employee information and Keep HRIS System software up-to-date.
  • Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records of particular sites and projects.
  • Coordinate with project manager for workforce requirement and initiate recruitment process.
  • Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as branch transfers, salary, personal leave etc
  • Provide advice and information to employees on human resource policies and procedures.
  • Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems etc
  • Perform other related duties as required.
