Job Description

The Senior Officer/Officer HR is responsible for handling onboarding documentation, preparing different types of HR and government-related letters, actively participating in recruitment processes, and managing staff payroll through HRIS. The successful candidate must have good communication and presentation skills and be proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain employee records in HRIS
  • Manage the onboarding process, including background checks and necessary paperwork
  • Prepare various HR-related letters, such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters
  • Generate government-related letters such as PF, SSF, and CIT.
  • Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to actively participate in recruitment processes, including posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Schedule interviews and maintain accurate records of the hiring process
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR-related activities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both digital and physical
  • Process staff payroll through HRIS
  • Conduct various HR-related presentations as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
