Job Description

  • Implementation of HR initiatives and systems in Customer support Department
  • Recruitment of staffs as per the requirement from Customer support operation
  • Keep track of monthly attendance sheet, maintain employee's leave records and OT in daily basis
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record keeping of employee information
  • Involve in the performance appraisal of Customer Support Employees in coordination with CS supervisors and HOD
  • Developing and managing employee recreational events and activities for CS
  • Analyzing training need in conjunction with department manager and supervisors
  • Co-ordinate with outsourcing company looking after CSD for the smooth operation
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issue
  • Develop HR planning strategy, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements
  • Administrate the day-to-day activities of the office and documentation
