Job Description

  • Assist in employee development and training
  • Be responsible for day-to-day HR activities which includes employee attendance, record keeping, leave management and other ad hoc activities
  • Assist the recruitment and selection process- this includes placing job vacancy, short listing, scheduling and organize interviews, interviewing and selecting
  • Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and council on human resource and work-related issues
  • Assist in the performance review process
  • Conduct team building activities and employee welfare activities
  • Assist employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Maintain good relationship with the employees
