Job Description

  • Updating and maintaining the employee database 
  • Screening potential candidate's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to  fill the company's job vacancies 
  • Organizing interviews with the shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting/ removing job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
  • Assisting in the planning of company events. 
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates
  • Update employee database and ensure proper record keeping.
  • Payroll Management
  • Assist in conducting employee team building and engagement activities
  • Updating HR Software and its Training to the employees.
  • Assist in Employee Onboarding process
  • Documenting employee personal records, scan, photo copy and timely update of contracts.
  • Coordinating with Admin department to manage office logistics.
