Job Description

  • HR administration; develop strong relationships and effective communication between Company & employees
  • Coordinate staff recruitment & Selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure to hire staff.
  • Verifying payroll and maintaining employee records.       
  • Dealing with grievances and solving them.
  • Prepare and maintain the leave management system and verify annual leave records
  • Prepare related documents for resigning staffs and conduct exit interview.
  • Conduct Performance Appraisal.
