Minimum Bachelor’s level, Preference given to Master’s degree completed in HR
At least one year experience in HR field
Should have the knowledge of labour law and HR functions
Should have the knowledge of current trends and practices in HR
Should have coordination and organization skills
Should have analytical skills and able to handle multiple projects
Should be result driven and think out of the box
Should have people handling skills with effective convincing skills
Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy
Assessment of human behavior, attitude and skill and decision making capabilities
Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Should be able to work under pressure

Assist in overall recruitment and selection activities
Involve in developing and implementing policies
Assist in implementing all day to day HR functions
Recommend, develop and assist in trainings and development modules
Administer and coordinate in events and team building activities
Perform clerical duties including typing and editing of all kinds of letters, filing in a specified format within specified time
Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority
