Experience Required : More than or equal to 3 years

  • Must have completed Masters Degree
  • Must have minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing Industry
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with humanr resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Should be excellent in written/ spoken English and Nepali
  • Should be computer literate with working knowledge of office applicants

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Looks after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
