• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
• Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Plan, direct, supervise & coordinate work activities of subordinate and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations. 
• Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results  training and discipline employees,  hearing and resolving employee grievances and  counseling employees and supervisors
