Job Description

  • Recruit, select and assign staffs, ensuring equal opportunity in hiring and promotion
  • Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments and setting priorities
  • Develop assessment techniques and evaluate staff development and training programs, methods and materials, make or recommend improvements
  • Develop or select training materials such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual ads, reference works, etc
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work
  • Performance monitoring and evaluation of staff
  • Organize employee development and team building activities
  • Counseling and grievances handling
  • Talent Management and Retention
  • Implement and update personnel rules and regulations
  • Perform other HR works related to Payroll, PF, CIT, rewards, and benefits, etc
