Job Description

HR

  • Assist in recruitment and selection of prospective candidates, i.e. Preparinf Job Description, Posting job adverts, sourcing and validating CVs, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating and arranging interviews.
  • Induction for new starters. Coordinate on-boarding activities (background checks, benefits, payroll, technology purchases) with relevant service providers/ departments etc. 
  • Formulating wage and salary structure.
  • Formulation & implementation of H.R. Policies and Practices including leaves and holiday lists.

Admin

  • Monitoring safety & security of premises
  • Checking use of safety equipment (PPE), Fire extinguisher
  • Maintaining the Notice Board
  • Monitoring Security agency & their daily reports
  • Maintenance for CCTV, Computers, Phone
  • Maintenance of company Vehicles, documentation
  • Daily housekeeping checkup for Floor, Kitchen, Toilets, Office
