As a HR Manager, You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Asha’s functional teams in terms of hiring, on boarding, regular capability checking and graduation of Asha’s members.
• Planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees. 
• Prepare HR related documents like job description, appointment letter, contract renewal letter, termination letter, appraisal letter etc.
• Monitor employee , and calculation of  and replacement of employees.
• Responsible for staff time management, monitor daily attendance, Overtime.
• Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
• Occasionally working with COO, Accountant and Admin Manager to handle some business-related costs.
• Responsible for maintaining Asha's team-work and supportive office culture.
• Develop strong relationship and effective communication between Company and Employee.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Work with and back up Admin Manager if necessary.
