Job Description

  • Hand holding of employees, creating processes for setting up new a new office
  • Employee counseling and grievance handling
  • Driving all Employee Engagements Initiatives/Activities/ KPI monitoring
  • Publishing Weekly/Monthly reports and dashboards
  • Conducting Open house/Town hall with the leadership
  • Responsible for effective execution of monthly/Quarterly programs
  • Ensuring proactive employee communications on Organization's process and policies
  • Responsible for smooth on-boarding / Induction of all new joinees
  • Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
  • Managing Exit Employees
  • Managing employee connect by regular one-on-one and skip level meetings
  • Interviews of Internal Job Postings
  • Driving and ensuring on time interviews of appraisals
  • Execute HR programs, engagement models and practices
