Job Description

This position will be responsible for supporting HR functions of the organization.  He/she will oversee data management, recruitment and selection, performance management and various other HR activities. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collect employee information and prepare, maintain and update employee database
  • Assist in recruitment and selection  process
  • Facilitate joining formalities and orientation for new joiners
  • Prepare monthly disciplinary reports
  • Assist in performance appraisal process
  • Collect insurance claims from employees, compile them and send them to Insurance Company for reimbursement of insurance claims
  • Conduct exit interview, exit formalities and documentation
  • Prepare/facilitate in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports
  • Support and facilitate HR Manager, General Administration Manager, Directors and other Managers whenever required
