Job Description

  • Develop and help to assist in implementation of human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
  • Assist supervisors on employee recruitment
  • Provide basic counselling to employees who have performance related obstacles
  • Provide recommendations on disciplinary actions
  • Writing job descriptions, job specifications and other documentations
  • Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations
  • Organizing employee orientation sessions, training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Process employee requests for outside training while complying with organisation policies and practices
  • Coordinate with finance department for regular financial dealings
  • Assist other department heads and supervisors as per requirement
  • Communicating and coordinating with other members of other department for smooth functioning
  • Any other assignment as per the requirement of the department and the instruction of the immediate supervisor
