Job Description

  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services
  • Administering health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
  • Assisting with new employee hiring processes
  • Conducting monthly payroll and attendance reconciliation, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective actions
  • Assisting with the manpower planning, recruitment, interview, hiring and training processes
  • Coordinating performance review process including termination, disciplinary action and merit increases
  • Co-ordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate person of the team
  • Assisting in the recruitment and interview processes
  • Help supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation
  • Responsible for analyzing training needs, developing training curriculum, and delivering training courses
  • Maintain the HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc)
  • Create and submit HR reports to HR head
  • Formulating methods to improve employment policies, processes and practices as well as recommending changes to management
  • Abide by company enforced HR processes and current employment laws and regulations
  • Organize, maintain and update employee HRIS information as needed
  • Efficient in handling employee’s disputes, grievances and legal matters related to labour issues
