Job Description

  • Serves as the overall subject matter expert for learning & development, performance management and employee engagement
  • Manage & drive learning & development activities by developing annual training calendar as per HR business plan and departmental people development requirements. Ensure implementation of the same
  • Drives performance management system in the company and support the overall performance management review process in the company
  • Manage employee relations & engagement projects 
  • Administer overall recruitment processes for the company
