Job Description

HR Roles:

  • Attendance and Leave Management
  • Assist in recruitment and selection
  • Coordinate with hiring agencies and outsourced companies
  • Facilitate onboarding and exit formalities
  • Participate to plan and execute employee engagement programs as per the HR Activities Calendar
  • Facilitate employee's performance evaluation process
  • Maintain an updated database of employees in sheets/HRIS and in files
  • Circulate official notices using an appropriate medium
  • Draft HR letters and reports as per requirement
  • Respond to HR-related queries
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. i.e Sanitary items, Coffee items and prepare monthly consumption record
  • Front office roles as and when required
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the concerned authority as required by the nature of the job role
