Job Description

  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HRIS (new hires, leaves, attendance, etc.)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences,  bonus, and leaves
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Coordinate for HR projects, meetings, training, and seminars
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads and arrange for interviews
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Make resources ready for new employees by coordinating with the admin team and process for PF, CIT and health insurance of employee
