  • One year of experience in HR, administration or office coordination
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision

  • Skills with MS Excel, MS Word, mailchimp, survey applications, gmail, calendar apps
  • Event organization skills
  • Great attitude that includes being solution focused, result oriented, high achiever, team player

Job Description

  • Assistance in screening and testing potential applicants 
  • Conducting reference check
  • Assistance with on boarding and exit processes
  • Maintaining employee personal records e.g recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases etc
  • Handle incoming phone calls and communications
  • Liaise with our clients, customers and/or relevant third party agencies via phone, email and fax
  • Managing events and team building activities
  • Preparing weekly attendance report
  • Generating official letters and updating templates
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties which may be required from time to time
