  • The incumbent must possess high degree of proficiency in English both written and oral communication.
  • Knowledge of Nepali and ability to interpret and translate official and legal documents of Government of Nepal is essential.
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point

Job Description

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop, review and implement reward strategies and programmes
  • Conduct analysis of the market salary survey and make appropriate recommendations to ensure pay competitiveness and cost effectiveness
  • Manage the annual salary review exercise
  • Monitor payroll operations, benefits administration to ensure on-time service delivery

HR Governance:

  • Continuously review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements and to ensure operation efficiency
  • Continuously assess the operational risks of HR operations and recommend appropriate remedial actions
  • Ensure that all operations and activities undertaken comply with legal & regulatory requirements

HR Projects & HRIS:

  • In charge of the HR projects including HRIS migration and Payroll Outsource Project,
  • work closely with system vendor and project management team.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality control and data integrity of the human resources
  • To provide timely management reports and projects progress reports
