We are seeking for a Senior Human resource and Administration Officer to:
- Support and
drive the firm’s HR and administration activities
to achieve and to link company’s management with its employees as well as help
in building sourcing and recording of products
- Maximize short-term and long-term revenue, and
foster growth, quality, and excellent customer relations.
with the management team to define strategies, craft business development
plans, structure business units, lead implementation, and set up effective
measures for growth.
- Has to collaborate with the management
team and the Board.
His/Her major role will be as follows
- Manage Staff
- Manage doctors
- Screen vendors contracts
- Coordinate with compliance (Lawyer & CA)
- Monthly Reporting of HR/admin to management level
- Produce high level reporting every month
