  • Master degree in management/Business Administration preferably with HR Specialization 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR/Admin
  • Should have a good command in both written and oral in English and Nepali language.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Should have sound knowledge on recruitment processes, payroll management, staffing, performance appraisals, Human Resource policies and practices, HR strategy execution, compensation claims etc.
  • Should possess extensive knowledge on existing labor law of Nepal
  • Able to handle the grievances and complaints effectively
  • Proven skill for negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Highly Motivated and achievement oriented
  • Willingness to contribute towards the organization which is relevant and beneficial to disadvantaged

  • Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
  • Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mail room, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules
  • Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices
