Job Description

  • Manage all the operations & marketing of the hotel
  • Supervise work at all levels and set clear objectives
  • Manage staff duties and timings
  • Communicate with customers and encourage your front office staff to communicate with them as well when required
  • Address complaints immediately when appropriate
  • Handle all maintenance issues & staff shortages
  • Inspect facilities regularly and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards
