Job Description

  • Developing and modifying tour package and itineraries for a variety of individual clients and groups.
  • Handling holiday information desk and dealing with clients with required tour packages
  • Interface directly with clients to resolve related issues and answer questions, so effective customer service skills are a necessity
  • Successfully plan every aspect of a tour, from charter vehicles to attraction tickets, so the group must be highly organized when it comes to logistics planning
  • Full coordination with ticketing and operation department to develop, deliver and operate a tour package
