• Required to carry out the maintenance on electrical generation equipment.
• Perform monitoring, controlling and signal devices.
• Scope of the responsibility includes maintenance of the electrical and instruments of Plant and Equipment.
• Responsible for erection and commissioning electrical equipment and Instrumentation of the same.
• Trial run of various equipment/Section
• Erection-commissioning of DG set
• Erection of power station 6.6 KV and substation 6.6 KV.
• Elaboration of technical and commercial documentation for the assigned electrical jobs during all O & M stages (Operation and Maintenance).
• Manage and assume responsibility for all assigned E & I Construction activities executed by the construction contractors in accordance with the technical documentation at the project site.
• Daily field supervision of E & I construction activities with respect to time (short, mid, and long term). Quality, quantity and cost. Checking of equipment, material and service supplied for all electrical aspects.
• Control and management of the E & I construction schedule.
• Approval of monthly progress running bills of electrical construction contractor.
• Regular (Monthly) reporting to the Project Head regarding construction activities with respect to project schedule budget and scope of project and objectives.
• Present any deviation to Project Head in scope, schedule or budget with recommendation as related to the E & I Construction aspect of the project.
• To ensure that all parties follow the safety rules while working at site.
• Daily field supervision of commissioning activities for E & I equipment.
• Checking of equipment thoroughly as per guideline of OEM before releasing for trial runs.
• To manage & execute production and maintenance of the integrated cement plant as team lead & team member as per the seniority to ensure daily targeted production, compliance to BIS standard, implement TQM & TPM etc.
