Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • Prior IT work experience is preferred
  • Prior experience working with Windows client operating systems
  • Very strong customer service oriented mind-set with the ability to work with all levels of employees
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and business communication skills. Candidates must be able to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
  • Willingness and ability to support team members and equipment outside office
  • Ability to learn new technologies with minimal training.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to oversee multiple small and medium sized projects through to completion with limited direction

Job Description

  • Install, configure, update, and maintain computer systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Help with and eventually support the life cycle management of client computers
  • Backup/recovery of both client machines and servers
  • Patch management for end user computer
  • Some small to medium projects should be expected
  • Help develop and implement new policies, procedures, and processes to increase efficiency and profitability
  • Provide training to team members in the use of new technology
  • Develop solutions to address business needs through technologies and recurring support tickets
