Key Responsibilities :

• The purpose of the Health Officer's role will be to implement PNS KISHORI project in Kailali 
• S/he is specially responsible for local level coordination with stakeholder, planning, organization and facilitating events, leading major training events, adequate tracking of project implementation, reporting and documentation of project learning related to Menstrual Hygiene Management(MHM)
• S/he will work in the development of relevant IEC/BCC materials 

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Health or related field with at least 1-2 years working in public health projects
• Master's Degree in Public Health or related field is preferred 
• Must have good knowledge of community based health projects
• Must have knowledge of menstrual hygiene management and ASRH (Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health)
• Experience in using logical frameworks & project monitoring 
• Skills for conduction research and studies in the area of ASRH and MHM including data management is preferred 

Language & Skills :

• Good communication skills with proven English language fluency
• Willing to work under pressure 
• Hold a level of honesty, self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently
