Job Role:
This position will be responsible for managing the Human Resources Department and contributing to the effective management, smooth functioning and development of Human Resources in Oxfam Nepal.
S/he requires maximising the contribution of all staff towards the successful implementation of the One Country Programme.
S/he will be the Country Management Team member and requires leading the overall organizational development, developing appropriate HR strategies and interventions and Lead the HR function to strengthen organisational ability to function well in changing times
Required Skills and Competencies:
Minimum of 5 years of Organization Development or HR management experience, ideally in a specialist role or as a line manager with technical knowledge of Human Resource Management: HR Planning, HR Budgeting.
