Job Specification

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 1 year
Other Specification
  • University degree in food or beverage industry
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of beer / beverage production
  • Very good practical and theoretical knowledge from commissioning to production support
  • Years of management experience in a comparable position
  • High social competences and communication skills
  • Structured, systematic and result-oriented work
  • Cross-departmental thinking and innovative ability
  • Good knowledge of English, spoken and written

Job Description

  • Reporting to Head Brewery
  • Self-responsible management of the employees in his department
  • Personnel division, planning and development or personnel planning in close collaboration with the Head
  • Guarantee and ensuring a smooth process in filling & CSD production
  • Monitoring and compliance with all quality-relevant specifications 
  • Further development and optimization of internal procedures and processes 
  • Planning and development of training for the employees 
  • Responsibility for the quality of the products and the efficiency of the filling plants 
  • Optimization of existing filling plants in collaboration with the Head
  • Takeover of projects for the further development of filling
  • Calculation of relevant key figures for production 
  • Organization of maintenance and coordination of maintenance and cleaning measures in cooperation with our Department of Utilities & Maintenance
  • Close cooperation with supply chain management, production planning and recording via our data system
