• Should possess adequate skills for Accounting and Financial Reporting, Auditing and Compliance.
• He/she must be result oriented and preference shall be given to those who is willing to take challenging.
• Should possess decent skills for presentation and business communication.
• He/She must have adequate knowledge in corporate taxation.
• Should possess the capability to identify and analyze the risks and to formulate the policies to minimizing the risk of financial losses.
• Should possess ability to supervise the team.
• Excellent computer skills in regard to Office Package, Email and Internet.
• Age should not exceed 35 years as on last date of application submission.

Experience :

• At least 3 years of experience in financial institutions in Account/ Audit / Risk / Compliance Department
• Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in Bank/ Financial Institution / Insurance or Audit Exposure of related field.
