Job Description

  • Manage Kitchen Staff (schedules,  duty assignments, train new staff and motivate)
  • Maintain monthly inventory of food supplies and kitchen equipments
  • Manage culinary and labor cost
  • Minimize food waste
  • Develop new recipes for monthly specials and events
  • Supervise food preparation, cooking and presentation while maintaining hygiene and safety standards
  • Strong interpersonal skills to lead, communicate and good decision-makings
  • Report to the Restaurant Managing Director
