We presently have job opening for a Head Chef to join our cafeteria and manage the purpose.

In this role you will be expected to:

• Follow & apply standard Health & Safety and Food hygiene practices at all stages
• Able to inspire, lead the team
• Attentive on providing the highest quality food every time
• Great attention to detail
• Create menus and new dishes
• Monitor inventory levels of kitchen items
• Ensure food protection, minimum standards of fitness for human habitation in school area
• Conduct food-borne illness investigations

To succeed in the role you should have:

• Proven experience as a Head chef (Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field)
